The staff were extremely welcoming and our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location, right in front of the lagoon, provided a stunning view from our private terrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a balcony and a very cozy bed. Plus, the breakfast included was a nice touch.
Light breakfast could be improved.

nice place for discovering rio lagartos. breakfast was free and they offered coffee and fruit. it's opposite a port, we could easily travel around. we loved this hotel.

Great value for 3 stars. The staff was really friendly and the location couldn't have been better. I got a room with a beautiful view of the sea, and it was just a short 15-minute walk to downtown. 🌊

The location by the harbour is perfect for those who want to explore the bathing lake area or enjoy the sea front views. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel on the sea front. The location was perfect, right next to the port and with beautiful views of the sea. We enjoyed some incredible seafood at the Maya restaurant just round the corner. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful bathroom and great service from the staff. We also appreciated the small breakfast that was included. The view from our balcony was truly breathtaking.
The noise from the road outside, which made it a little difficult to sleep at times.

We had a great stay in this hotel. We loved the location in the harbour, just opposite the port and close to the lagoon. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel facilities were good, and the breakfast was small but nice. We also appreciated the help we received in arranging transportation and finding local restaurants.
